Billing & Payment Terms

1. Billing Cycle

Business subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Fees are due on the first day of each billing period.

2. Payment Methods

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Adventure Roulette to charge your payment method on file for all fees owed.

3. Late Payment & Account Suspension

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date:

  • Adventure Roulette reserves the right to suspend your business listing, making it invisible to users.
  • If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, Adventure Roulette reserves the right to permanently cancel your account and remove all associated data from the platform.
  • Any active promotional agreements or featured placements will be immediately paused upon non-payment.
⚠️ Service will be restored only after all outstanding balances — including any applicable late fees — have been paid in full.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, your listing will remain active through the end of the paid period.

5. Price Changes

Adventure Roulette reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@adventureroulette.co within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

7. Collections

Accounts with balances unpaid beyond 60 days may be referred to a collections agency. You agree to reimburse any reasonable costs of collection including legal fees.
