Business Partner Agreement

1. Acceptance

By registering your business on Adventure Roulette you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Nature of the Service

Adventure Roulette is a discovery and referral platform. Listing your business on our platform means you may be suggested to users as an experience option. This is a marketing and referral service only.

3. No Guarantee of Business Success

Adventure Roulette makes no guarantee, express or implied, that listing on our platform will result in increased revenue, customer traffic, or business success of any kind.

Results vary based on factors outside our control including but not limited to your location, pricing, hours, quality of service, and local market conditions. Your decision to use our platform is made at your own business risk.

4. Business Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your business listing, photos, hours, and pricing.
• The safety, quality, and legality of all experiences you offer.
• Obtaining all required licenses, permits, and insurance.
• Any liability waivers required for high-intensity or extreme activities.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

5. Release & Indemnification

You release Adventure Roulette from any claims arising from your participation on the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure Roulette from any third-party claims arising from your business operations, customer interactions, or any injury or loss occurring on your premises.

6. User Reviews

Adventure Roulette may display user-generated reviews of your business. We reserve the right to moderate but are not responsible for review content. You may not attempt to manipulate or remove reviews except through our official dispute process.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting photos and content to Adventure Roulette, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our platform and in marketing materials.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Adventure Roulette reserves the right to remove any business listing that violates these terms or that receives sustained negative feedback indicating safety concerns.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
