1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Assumption of Risk
Adventure Roulette suggests local experiences and venues. You acknowledge that participating in any activity — including but not limited to physical, outdoor, and recreational experiences — carries inherent risks including personal injury, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Adventure Roulette, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliated businesses from any and all claims arising from your use of the app or participation in any suggested experience, including claims resulting from the negligence of any party.
4. Business Liability
Participating businesses operate independently. Adventure Roulette does not employ, supervise, or control any business listed on the platform. Any claims arising from a business experience are solely between you and that business. Some experiences may require you to sign a separate liability waiver directly with the business before participation.
5. Alcohol & Responsible Conduct
If you choose to consume alcohol during an adventure, you do so at your own risk. You agree not to drive under the influence. Adventure Roulette encourages responsible decision-making and provides rideshare reminders as a courtesy only.
6. Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Certain experiences are restricted to users 21 and older.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure Roulette from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your conduct, or your violation of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
9. Changes to This Agreement
Adventure Roulette reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
